1. Service Description
KutLat offers a professional link shortening and management platform that allows webmasters and creators to monetize their traffic through the integration of their own advertising Direct Links. Our platform includes formats such as Link Gate (intermediate page with timer), Direct Flow (instant redirect that simultaneously triggers Direct Links), Full Page Script (website automation), custom link names, and country-based geographic targeting flows (Flows). By using our service, you acknowledge that KutLat acts solely as a technical intermediation tool and that you are solely responsible for the advertising and destination URLs configured in your links.
2. Plans, Subscriptions, and Expiration
KutLat offers a free plan (Free) and paid subscription plans (Hobby and Pro) with different monthly allowances and advanced features:
- Free Plan ($0): Includes unlimited Link Gate links, unlimited Direct Links, Full Page Script, and up to 20 Direct Flow links per month.
- Hobby Plan ($7/month or $70/year): Includes everything in Free, up to 50 Direct Flow links per month, up to 20 custom-named links per month (e.g., kut.lat/my-link), and up to 10 country-based geographic flows (Flows).
- Pro Plan ($12/month or $120/year): Includes everything in Free, up to 100 Direct Flow links per month, up to 50 custom-named links per month, and up to 30 country-based geographic flows (Flows).
- Expiration Reminders: The system sends email notifications during the 5 days prior to the expiration of your Premium subscription.
- Effects of Subscription Expiration: If your Premium subscription expires without renewal, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan. When this occurs: (a) all short links with custom names will be permanently deleted and their codes released for other users, and (b) country-based flows (Flows) and short links with an assigned Flow will be locked from editing or toggling until you renew your Premium subscription.
3. Payments, Activation, and No-Refund Policy
Premium subscriptions (Hobby and Pro) are activated for the contracted period (monthly or yearly) via cryptocurrency payments (USDT over BEP20, TRC20, or ERC20 networks) or through the official contact and support channels enabled on the platform. All sales are final: due to the digital nature of the platform and cryptocurrency transactions, no full or partial refunds are issued under any circumstances once a payment has been made or a subscription has been activated.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
To maintain the integrity of our platform and ensure high-quality service, you agree to comply with the following rules. Violation of these terms may result in link deletion or immediate and permanent suspension of your account without refund:
- Do not place KutLat URLs on traffic exchange (TE) networks or Pay-to-Click (PTC) websites.
- Do not shorten links or configure Direct Links pointing to websites containing malware, phishing, viruses, trojans, or any malicious software.
- Do not link to content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or contains child sexual abuse material or copyright violations.
- Do not use custom link names to impersonate brands, financial institutions, or official services (phishing).
- Avoid creating "redirection loops" with KutLat or similar services to artificially inflate metrics.
- Do not use iframes, pop-ups, or pop-unders to load KutLat URLs; visitors must interact with the link directly.
- Do not attempt to generate fake or automated traffic using bots, proxies, multiple IP addresses, or auto-refresh scripts.
- Do not offer incentives, money, or gifts to visitors in exchange for clicking on your links.
- Do not spam KutLat URLs on forums, blogs, comments, or social media platforms where it is prohibited.
- Creating multiple accounts to bypass Free plan monthly limits (such as the monthly Direct Flow quota) is strictly prohibited.
- Do not abuse the support system or submit false or manipulated payment receipts.
5. Advertising Responsibility
KutLat does not provide its own ad networks, does not take commissions from your earnings, and does not make direct payments to users for visits or clicks received. Users keep 100% of the revenue generated in their own external networks and are solely responsible for configuring and managing their third-party Direct Links (such as Adsterra, Monetag, Evadav, etc.). KutLat is not responsible for the quality, legality, availability, account bans, or payouts of external advertising networks used by the user.
